Cancellation Policy​

1. Scheduling & Notice Requirement

All lesson cancellations or reschedule requests must be submitted at least 24 hours before the scheduled lesson start time.

Cancellations must be communicated directly via text or messaging — verbal mentions do not count as official notice.

 

2. Late Cancellations

A cancellation made less than 24 hours before the scheduled lesson is considered a late cancellation and the lesson is forfeited. This means:

• The lesson will not be rescheduled.

• No credit or refund will be issued for that session.

• The lesson counts as used within any prepaid package.

 

3. Prepaid Lesson Packages

This policy applies equally to prepaid lesson packages. Purchasing a package in advance does not exempt sessions from the cancellation policy.

Each session in a package is subject to the same 24-hour notice requirement. Forfeited sessions are deducted from the package balance.

 

4. Teacher-Initiated Cancellations

If a lesson is cancelled by the teacher with less than 24 hours' notice, the student will receive a full makeup lesson at no additional charge, to be scheduled at a mutually agreed time.

 

5. Agreement

By booking and/or paying for lessons, students acknowledge that they have read and agree to this cancellation policy.
